These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “bwin Poker Club” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
This Promotion runs weekly (Monday to Sunday) and is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 23.09.2024 until further notice.
WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION
- This Promotion is available to real money customers of bwin.com (the "Website") who:
- have a verified Website account;
- are over 18 years old;
- have downloaded our poker client; and
- are eligible to receive Website Promotions.
- An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. The list of restricted countries can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIAPTE IN THIS PROMOTION
- Eligible Players can access the bwin Poker Club by clicking on the Website or poker client “Offers” tab.
- In order to participate, Eligible Players are required to opt-in to the Promotion once and start earning points to reach the relevant targets (as per table at term 11).
- Eligible Players will earn 1 point for every $1 in rake/fees playing any poker game at any buy-in.
- Every time an Eligible Player hits a target, they will unlock a pick for the bwin Poker Club game with an instant guaranteed Chest.
- All Chests are credited through the bwin Poker download.
- The maximum weekly prize that Eligible Players can receive is $1,000 cash.
- If at the end of the Promotional Period the number of points accumulated by the Eligible Player falls between two targets, the remaining points will be forfeited. For example, if the player has earned 1.25 points, they will have already received the Chest associated with the 1-point target, 0.25 points will be forfeited.
- Chests will be divided into 4 Chest Levels. Levels reset every Monday but opt in is only required once. Chest will be broken down as follows:

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZES
- Chest prizes include Tournament Tickets, Loyalty Points and Cash.
- To claim a Chest, Eligible Players who have reached a Points target must:
- login and access “bwin Poker Club” from the Website or poker client Offer Page.
- click on one of the “bwin Poker Club” displayed on screen (or tap screen on Mobile Web/App).
- the Chest will reveal one of the prizes associated with the Points target reached.
- Chests are non-transferable.
- Eligible Players can open a maximum of one Chest per target per week.
- Every Chest expires 7(seven) days after being issued.
TOURNAMENTS TICKETS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
- The value of the tournament tickets (the “Tickets”) will be shown on the pop-up message displayed when the Eligible Player wins this Chest.
- The Tickets can be used for the games mentioned in the pop-up message displayed when the Eligible Players win this prize.
- The Tickets must be used within 7(seven) days after being issued, they will expire and not be re-issued.
- The Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.
LOYALTY POINTS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
- Loyalty Points awarded as part of this Promotion:
- will be automatically credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account;
- will allow Eligible Players to progress to the following bwin Poker Club Chest Level;
- will expire every Sunday at 23:59 CET;
- will allow Eligible Players to achieve targets relevant to the “Cashback” promotion. The full terms and conditions for this promotion can be found HERE.
- cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
- are not refundable.
CASH PRIZES SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
- The Cash prizes will be credited to the winners’ accounts instantly.
- The Cash prizes will be withdrawable from the moment they are credited onto the Eligible Player’s account.
- The Cash prizes do not expire.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
- This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
- The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
- Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
