By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these promotional terms and conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions. 

These Promotional terms and conditions apply to this SPINS Overdrive Leaderboards Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE. 

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. These Promotional terms and conditions apply to this SPINS Overdrive Leaderboards Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE. 

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

2. The Promotion is available to real money customers of poker.bwin.com (the "Website") who: 
   
   1. have a verified Website account. 
   2. are over 18 (19 for Canada) years old. 
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions. 

   (an “Eligible Player”). 

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. The list of restricted countries can be found HERE. 
4. This Promotion is part of a network-wide offer. The Promotion is offered across multiple brands within the Entain Group. Prizes in this Promotion will be awarded from a shared prize pool and distributed among all eligible winners across participating brands.  

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION 

5. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must buy-into any SPINS Overdrive game each day to rank on a daily leaderboard. There will be six leaderboards depending on the buy-in ($0.25, $1, $3, $5, $10, $20 as per the table below).
6. To rank on the leaderboard, Eligible Players would need to accumulate points by playing SPINS Overdrive games. The formula used for each leaderboard is as follows (√buy-in/2 + √wins):
1. Buy-in = entry cost for the SPINS Overdrive game (fee excluded). For example, for a SPINS Overdrive game of $1, the buy-in in the formula is $0.92 ($1 - $0.08 fee). 
2. Wins = amount of money won in the SPINS Overdrive game. 
3. Example: if the multiplier in a $0.25 buy-in SPINS Overdrive game is 5x, the win amount for the leaderboard formula will be 1.25. (√0.92/2 + √1.25) = 1.59 points for the leaderboard for the winning player. 
7. Only players finishing “in the money” will receive leaderboard points. Please see SPINS Overdrive dynamic structure. 
8. An Eligible Player can participate in all six leaderboards available daily.
9. The rank and the prizes for this Promotion are detailed in the table below:

10. Eligible Players can check their rank and points throughout the day on the leaderboards within the current standings page. This can be located HERE.
11. Eligible Players with the same score on the leaderboard and the same position will receive the same prize, as shown on the promotional page, for the position they share. 
12. All prizes will be in Poker Dollars (“P$”). 

POKER DOLLARS (P$) SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

13. Poker Dollars will be credited to the winning Eligible Player’s Website account 24 hours after the end of each daily Poker Leaderboard.
14. Eligible Players will not be notified of their win. Prizes can be found in the Poker Dollars account balance section on the Website. 
15. Poker Dollars can be used in any Poker game excluding heads-up games.
16. Poker Dollars do not have an expiry date.
17. Poker Dollars cannot be sold or transferred to other Website players.
18. Poker Dollars are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS RELATING TO THIS POKER OFFER

19. The Promoter of this Promotion is LC International Limited whose registered office address is Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar (the “Promoter”). 
20. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include safer gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes. 
21. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict the Player’s access to any promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.  
22. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify. If Players are excluded from using our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions (HERE) they are not eligible for this Promotion.  
23. This Promotion will remain available to Eligible Players until such time as the Promoter chooses to withdraw it. The withdrawal of this Promotion will not impact Players if this Promotion is Active at the time of withdrawal by us. 
24. In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
